1. Acceptance of Terms

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

All content on the 639ji Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game designs, and trademarks, is the property of 639ji Casino or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without written permission;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform;
• Use 639ji trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that suggests affiliation or endorsement;
• Frame or mirror the Platform on any other website without authorization.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 639ji and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities;

639ji's total liability to you for any claims related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account balance at the time the claim arose, or ₱10,000 PHP, whichever is less.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) has primary regulatory jurisdiction over 639ji Casino operations.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact 639ji Customer Support to seek an amicable resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI).

Arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila by a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with PDRCI rules. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding on both parties. Each party bears its own costs, and the arbitrator's fees are shared equally unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against 639ji.

14. Modifications to Terms

639ji reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will notify you by:
